Sue – Isle of Man

March 13, 2012

This is taken on my daily journey to work from Ballabeg to Douglas on the Isle of Man. This is a stretch of road which doubles up as a road race track for motorcycles known as the Billown Circuit. It is heading towards the right hand turn at Cross Fourways. There are 3 race meetings a year, the Pre- and Post-TT road races at the end of May & beginning of June followed by the Southern 100 road races in July. If the road is closed for racing, I have to take an alternative route to/from work, which I don’t mind. I love to see visitors enjoying the races.
